Fisherman Navigator, («Application») respects the privacy and security of the information that users share with us by using our services. The Privacy Policy describes the way that Application collects, shares, protects, or otherwise uses end-users information.

By using our Application you fully agree and obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and explicitly consent to using of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Company reserves the rights on its sole discretion to update the Privacy Policy at any reasonable times by placing its new version here. Therefore, Company encourages you to periodically check back and review this Privacy Policy so that you always will know the changes.

1. What data do we use and why do we need them

1.1. We receive information about your location from the sensors of your device to provide you navigation services.

1.2. We need access to your photo and multimedia files to work with offline maps, import and export tracks and points, pin photos to the points, etc.

1.3. We may record an audio from your microphone to let you make a voice comment during saving a point. This information is stored on your device and never transmitted into other places by us.

1.4. We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

1.5. We may use some third-party components to improve our services, the description of such components and the data they collect will be provided below in this policy.

1.6 We are using Google Analytics and Google Signals on this website for a better understanding of our audience. Google may collect additional data in order to provide it’s services.

2. Disclosure and Transfer of Data

2.1. We may use the collected Data to analyze usage of the services, advertisement serving, managing and providing the services and products, implementation of partnership programs. For these purposes we may disclose data to partners with whom we have contractual obligations and/or which have their own specific serving technologies and payment services (if any).

2.2. You acknowledge and agree that the analytics utilized by partners may combine the data collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These partners collect and use information under their own privacy policies.

2.3. Company may also disclose your Data to third parties when we have a reason to believe that a disclosure is necessary to address potential or actual injury or interference with our (its subsidiaries) intellectual property, operations, users or others who may be harmed or may suffer loss or damage, or we acknowledge that such disclosure is necessary to protect our (its subsidiaries) rights, combat fraud and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Company or its subsidiaries.

2.4. We have the right to disclose data in response to legal process, for example, in response to a Court order. Company may also disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

2.5. We may transfer Data about end-users in cases Application is acquired by, sold to, or merged with another company.

3. Security measures

3.1. We hereby provides services on an «AS IS» basis subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and other appropriate documents.

3.2. We will protect data in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for instance, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for.

3.3. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of data, the Company cannot assure user that Data collected will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy and providing security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

3.4. The user acknowledge that any data that user discloses throughout the maps, forums, blogs, charts, comments or the like is public information cannot be considered as privacy and be saved from disclosure.

4. Data processing, alteration and retention

4.1. All users’ data is stored on users’ devices, so we don’t keep any information about users, but our partners and third-party components used in the Application may store or process your data on their own according to their Privacy Policies.

4.2. The Application operates internationally and may have partners from different countries, so the data may be processed in any countries worldwide.

5. JedAI SDK powered by Anagog. Raw Mobility Status functionality.

5.1. The “Raw Mobility Status” provides real time detection of the user device state. Thanks to Anagog we will be able to understand are you driving or walking, parking or left a car.

5.2. This functionality is provided by a JedAI SDK from a Anagog Ltd. company. We don’t provide any kind of warranty or have any kind of liability about the Raw Mobility Status and Location Data derived from Anagog.

5.3. The function can be activated and deactivated from the Application menu. If a user deactivates the function, the SDK will be disabled or your data won’t be collected by SDK.

5.4. Anagog collects signals and data from the various sensors on your device, such as Accelerometer, GPS, Barometer, WiFi, Bluetooth, Cellular network, Gyroscope, NFC, Magnetometer and other on-board sensors. These signals and data is used in order to obtain data regarding your mobility status, your location and your demographics and to perform anonymized analytics (including predictive analytics) with respect to the same.

5.5. Anagog may also use your location information to create aggregated anonymous data and to use such data in accordance with its privacy policy.

5.6.For the correct work, personal and/or sensitive information (including battery consumption, Wifi and Bluetooth systems connectivity data, type of device, location, operating system, sensory input and system crash information) will be collected by the Application and SDK, and the features used to do so, even when the application is shut down, and shared with the Application and Anagog.

5.7 The information collected may be used by us and/or third parties for their own uses including commercialization of such information.

5.8. To use this function, the user must be older than 13 years or, if he is younger than 13 years, he must have an adult authorization.

5.9. By using the application, the users agrees to these conditions as well as the other ones explained in the privacy policy and in the terms and conditions.

6. Governing Law

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
